Orders
Most orders are shipped the same day if received before 3.00pm Monday
to Friday, Saturday before 11.00am.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped by US Mail, UPS, or Federal Express (Next
Day Air)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping

Returns
Merchandise returns must be received in our
warehouse within 7 days of receipt. You must

within 24 hours of receipt of your item to receive a "Return Approval".

Refunds :
In order to keep our operating costs and online prices
low, "All Sales are Final" we do not issue refunds. If for
any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it for an exchange of equal value,
or will be given a "Store Credit"
to be used at your convenience for other merchandise. We appreciate your

Store Credits :
You may use your credit to purchase merchandise of equal
value or towards merchandise of greater value.
